Requirements

The Mission

You will be the primary relationship owner for Wand’s enterprise customers across the Gulf Region and broader Middle East. Your role is to ensure customers successfully adopt Wand, realize measurable value, and expand usage over time across business units and strategic workflows.

This is a high-touch enterprise Customer Success role focused on large organizations, particularly in Financial Services and Insurance. You will understand each customer’s internal structure, strategic priorities, and operating realities, then translate that into a clear program of adoption, enablement, measurement, and expansion.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, who own the technical relationship, and Sales Directors, who own the commercial relationship. You will own the ongoing customer program and help ensure that post-sale execution is structured, visible, and growth-oriented.

Role Responsibilities

Own the Customer Relationship

  • Serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner for enterprise customers across the Gulf and Middle East.
  • Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships across executive sponsors, program leaders, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and strategic account discussions focused on adoption, business outcomes, ROI, and account roadmap.
  • Act as the customer’s internal advocate and ensure their needs are represented across product, engineering, and leadership discussions.


Drive Adoption & Value Realization

  • Design and execute customer-specific onboarding and enablement programs tied to business goals and operational workflows.
  • Define success metrics and measurable outcomes at the beginning of the customer journey.
  • Monitor adoption trends, identify risks, and intervene early with structured action plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and training programs to expand customer maturity and product usage.
  • Partner with Solution Architects to translate technical deployments into business-level success narratives.


Manage the Program

  • Maintain account plans, success roadmaps, stakeholder maps, and risk tracking for each customer.
  • Track account health, product usage, engagement levels, and renewal readiness.
  • Own escalations end to end with clear communication, coordination, and urgency.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal to ensure customer commitments are met.
  • Operate with strong discipline around documentation, follow-up, and execution management.


Grow the Account

  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing customers, including new business units, new use cases, and broader rollout potential.
  • Partner with Sales on renewal planning and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain a clear view of account risk and ensure there is no surprise churn.
  • Build strong internal champions who support Wand through procurement, governance, and expansion cycles.


Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, or Program Management in enterprise software.
  • Strong experience working with large Financial Services and Insurance organizations in the Gulf region.
  • Experience owning strategic post-sale relationships for complex enterprise customers.
  • Ability to manage structured customer programs focused on adoption, value realization, and expansion.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to discuss AI/ML-based or technically complex software products with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience handling enterprise escalations and cross-functional coordination.
  • English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region for strategic customer engagements.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in BFSI, InsurTech, FinTech, RegTech, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience with AI, automation, enterprise SaaS, or transformation platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise buying behavior and relationship management in the Gulf region.
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
