Requirements
Position Summary
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager Top-of-Funnel to build and scale Wand’s digital distribution engine. You’ll own how we drive awareness, qualified traffic, and measurable pipeline impact across SEO, GenAI optimization, paid media, and organic channels.
You will be responsible for designing and executing full-funnel acquisition strategies from scratch: testing, optimizing, and scaling what works. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing deeply, moves fast, experiments constantly, and uses data to drive decisions.
You’ll operate in a fast-changing AI market where speed, adaptability, and accountability matter. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and is comfortable building systems rather than inheriting them.
Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute the top-of-funnel acquisition strategy across SEO, GenAI visibility (AI search / LLM optimization), paid search, paid social, and organic social.
- Build scalable programs that drive qualified traffic and pipeline impact.
- Continuously test and refine channel mix, audience targeting, messaging, and creative.
Performance & Optimization
- Define KPIs for each channel and own reporting dashboards.
- Manage paid media budgets for efficiency and measurable ROI.
- Lead landing page experimentation and conversion optimization efforts.
- Implement structured experimentation frameworks across campaigns.
GenAI & Search Visibility
- Develop strategies to improve Wand’s discoverability in AI-powered search environments.
- Stay ahead of emerging distribution models and evolving search behavior.
- Translate insights into execution plans quickly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Content, Product, and Sales to align messaging and campaign priorities.
- Ensure campaign targeting supports enterprise pipeline goals.
- Share insights and performance learnings regularly with leadership.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with clear ownership of TOFU growth.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SEO (technical + content-driven).
- Experience running and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage performance budgets and drive measurable ROI.
- Experience building dashboards and translating data into strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated experimentation mindset (A/B testing, landing page optimization, audience segmentation).
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to AI, ML, or emerging technology markets.
- Experience with GenAI optimization / answer-engine visibility.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or product-led growth companies.
- Familiarity with advanced attribution modeling.
- Experience launching new categories or early-stage distribution engines.
